FLip'n Out

So Caleb Nation received a FLip in the mail. For those of you who have not heard of this it is a video camera, smaller than the iPhone. It records an hour of video, after which you can upload your video straight to your computer via the USB cable attached to the camera. Sounds great, looks great, works great...the problem, must be this computer. Your national scribe tried to upload said video to the computer, the FLip gets plugged in and then the computer says that the hardware has been installed...fabulous you would think, UNTIL... the very next second these words pop up...the USB port does not recognize the new device *please insert a scooby doo, "Rhuh?" here.*
Did I not just read that it had been installed and now it is not recognized?
Now because the Flip is so easy to use the instructions are one page long. Not a help when the device is not recognized and they don't tell you how to fix it. So please try to envision the video that you would be watching of P. Caleb taking his dancing the skills into the water. He ventured into the pool a little apprehensively. Once grammie took hold of him and the two tried their hand and synchronized water ballet, the Prince fell in water love. It is a cute video, typical Caleb dancing and you could be viewing it right now...if only... I will get it to work one day when I have the time and patience to mess around with it. I'm sure by then Caleb will enjoy seeing what he looked like at 18 months. Later days people!

Boo! I hope you can figure it out. Did you try restarting the 'puter? Does the Flip have a website with any support/ troubleshooting, etc?
But, I did enjoy your word picture/video...
