Wonderful pictures! The full face shot of Caleb is fantastic. And did you notice that you and Caleb are making the exact same face in the 5th and 6th pictures? ;)

yes I did...i think the first one is the one that I wish he wouldn't make. it is the squint face that i never realize I am making until it is on camera and too late. we look like mice.

gerry the giraffe wasn't there which kind of stunk because that was all Caleb was talking about. They said it was still a little too cold for him and he would be returning on Mother's Day.

The weather was great though and Caleb was excited to go on the pony again. He looked so big going all by himself. he was even talking to the girls as they went around. I heard them ask him his name and he told them in a voice that a human could actually hear. Then they were chatting on as if they had known each other forever, it was cute and heartbreaking at the same time.

I just went back and looked at the slide show. I see what you mean about the pictures, I never noticed that one before. I was thinking about the face we were making in picture 2. if you blow it up we are both squinting in a less than flattering way. Pictures 5 and 6 are cute though.

Don't worry. We all love those little mouse faces!

Sorry Caleb missed out on the giraffe, but he'll be even more excited next time! Glad Heath was able to go. Bet he enjoyed spending time with you all.

I know exactly what you mean about cute and heartbreaking at the same time. That's what kids do to you. They really are great "teachers of life", aren't they?
