Cookie Lesson

It might be best to wait a small amount of time before trying to eat a soft batch chocolate chip cookie straight from the oven:

well when they are soft batch, it might be wise to wait until they can hold themselves together instead of falling apart in Caleb's hand. But they sure were good.

I believe the "falling apart" is a definite sign that they are at just the right temperature. Any delay in eating them and they run the risk of hardening up...

Caleb obviously knew this. Probably a genetic gift.

here's the best part about these cookies...they don't get hard, they are soft batch and stay that way...nice huh? I have the recipe if you would like to give it a go.
