Is he crying and still acting hungry? If he is, then I would probably try to nurse him again and see if he wants more. Otherwise, I'm sure he'll make up for at the next feeding! (Which might be sooner than usual)
no he wasn't crying but he only nursed for ten minutes. i let him nurse for ten more...he didn't seem to mind, and this time it stayed down.
that's what i was going to say.
